Salary: 1000$ per month


We are seeking experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team at a busy restaurant in El-Ain, UAE. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Deliver orders to the kitchen and ensure timely service of meals
- Provide recommendations on menu items and make suggestions based on guest preferences
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any complaints or issues from customers with professionalism
- Process payments using the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of menu items and ability to make recommendations
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
