Plasterer - Urgent Hiring in Gujrat, Pakistan


We are a reputable construction company located in Gujrat, Pakistan and we are urgently seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other finishing materials to walls, ceilings and other surfaces, as well as repairing and maintaining existing plasterwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing and applying plaster to various surfaces using hand tools or mechanical equipment
- Creating smooth and even finishes by using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Ensuring proper adhesion of plaster to surfaces by cleaning and preparing them beforehand
- Repairing cracks, holes and other imperfections in existing plasterwork
- Working with different types of plaster such as cement, lime or acrylic-based
- Reading blueprints and following specifications to determine the type of plaster needed for each job
- Adhering to safety precautions at all times while working on scaffolding or ladders

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of various types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications
- Strong attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Physically fit with the ability to work on scaffolding or ladders
- Good time-management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
