We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Faro. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through effective marketing strategies and building strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of exceeding targets. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships to secure business
- Manage bookings and reservations to ensure maximum occupancy
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service
- Analyze market trends and competition to inform sales strategies
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of market trends and competition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Must be fluent in English (Portuguese language skills are a plus)
