Hotel Sales Manager - Faro, Portugal
As a Hotel Sales Manager at our luxury establishment in Faro, Portugal, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the implementation of strategic sales plans and initiatives. Your primary focus will be on developing and maintaining relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other key partners to drive bookings and increase occupancy rates.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other strategic partners
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Create attractive packages and promotions to attract new business
- Collaborate with revenue management team to set pricing strategies that maximize profitability
- Prepare regular sales reports for management review
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Team player with strong leadership abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month, as well as the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that does not include accommodation. We also provide free visa sponsorship and airfare for our international employees.
