Hotel Sales Manager
We are hiring a skilled Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Almada. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy rates. You will also oversee the sales team and collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
As a Hotel Sales Manager, you should have at least 3 years of experience in hotel sales and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. You should also have strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize hotel revenue
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential clients
- Train, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve their targets
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, front desk, and reservations to ensure seamless customer service experience
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month plus commission based on performance. This is a full-time position with regular working hours. Accommodation is not provided but we offer visa sponsorship for candidates who require it.
