Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate production machinery according to specifications
- Inspect parts and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues and perform regular maintenance on machines
- Monitor production process and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum efficiency
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in machine operation in a manufacturing setting
- Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1200 per month with potential for growth based on performance. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This position is open to all genders.
