Job Title: Farmer

As a farmer, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining crops and livestock on our farm in Herzliya. You will work closely with our team to ensure the success of our agricultural operations. This position requires someone with experience in farming, as well as physical strength and stamina. You must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and have a strong understanding of agricultural practices. Knowledge of biodynamic farming methods is preferred. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided on the farm. The salary for this role is $1200 per month.

In this role, you will:

- Plant, water, and harvest crops according to schedule
- Monitor crop health and address any issues that may arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the farm
- Feed and care for livestock
- Operate and maintain farming equipment
- Work alongside other farmers to complete tasks efficiently

Requirements:

- Prior experience in farming or agriculture
- Physical strength and endurance to perform manual labor
- Familiarity with biodynamic farming methods is preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Biometric passport for easy international travel
