Indian Restaurant Manager in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking an experienced Indian Restaurant Manager to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring quality service and food, and maintaining a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant
- Manage and train staff members to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
- Create and implement schedules for staff members
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments as needed to meet revenue goals
- Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, preferably in an Indian restaurant setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff members effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
- Proven track record of managing financial performance and achieving revenue goals
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary:
The salary for this position is 900$ per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the first 3 months upon arrival. After that, the employee will be responsible for finding their own accommodation.
