Barista - Entry Level Contract Position


We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Atlanta. This is an entry level contract position, perfect for freshers or those looking for a new challenge. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating delicious coffee and tea beverages, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee machines and other equipment with precision and care
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving any issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food service industry preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with customers of all ages and backgrounds
- Strong attention to detail to ensure quality drinks are served every time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must have a valid biometric passport for employment eligibility
