Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Sharjah. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. This includes managing inventory levels, tracking shipments, and communicating with suppliers and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain
- Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers
- Communicate with suppliers and customers to resolve any shipping or delivery issues
- Prepare shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and customs paperwork
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments, including tracking information and delivery status
- Identify areas for improvement in the supply chain process and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth flow of materials through the supply chain

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Logistics Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word)
- Knowledge of logistics software is a plus
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1400 per month
