Entry-Level Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Entry-Level Commercial Architect to join our team in Las Vegas. As an entry-level architect, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects and gain valuable experience in the field. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1100 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior architects in developing design concepts and creating project drawings.
- Conduct site visits and assist with site analysis.
- Collaborate with other team members to develop design solutions.
- Prepare presentations and participate in client meetings.
- Conduct research on building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Assist with project management tasks, such as budget tracking and scheduling.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other drafting software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on commercial projects is a plus but not required.
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling software such as SketchUp or Revit.
