Biometric Passport Team Lead in Bergen, Norway


We are searching for a highly skilled and experienced Biometric Passport Team Lead to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of professionals in the development and implementation of biometric passport systems.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:
- Leading a team of developers, engineers, and other professionals in the development and deployment of biometric passport systems
- Overseeing the design, testing, and implementation phases of the project
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
- Managing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
- Providing technical guidance and support to team members as needed
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for team members and providing feedback for their professional growth

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience working with biometric technologies such as facial recognition, fingerprint scanning, or iris scanning
- Proven experience in leading teams in the development and implementation of biometric passport systems
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience with project management tools such as JIRA or Trello
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month. However, it is negotiable based on qualifications and experience.
