Job Title: Temporary Executive Chef
We are seeking a talented and skilled Temporary Executive Chef to join our team in Bergen, Norway. As a temporary employee, you will have the opportunity to work in various locations and gain experience in different culinary settings. This position is open to all nationalities and does not require previous experience.
As the Temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high-quality dishes are served to guests. You will also be responsible for managing and training kitchen staff, maintaining inventory levels and food costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
To excel in this role, you should have a passion for cooking and creating unique dishes, as well as excellent leadership skills. You must also be able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required.
