Greenhouse Gardener

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Greenhouse Gardener to join our team in Akron. As a Greenhouse Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for plants in our greenhouse facility. This role is suitable for male candidates who have their own visa and do not require English proficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, and care for a variety of plants in the greenhouse
- Monitor plant health and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the greenhouse
- Propagate plants through various methods such as cuttings, division, and grafting
- Identify and address any pest or disease issues
- Harvest plants at the appropriate times
- Keep detailed records of plant growth and maintenance activities

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gardener or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different plant species and their care requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues with plant health
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own visa with the ability to work legally in Akron without sponsorship

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this full-time position.
