Job Title: Office Manager

We are in need of an experienced Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office in Bergen. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of the office and supporting the staff. Your duties will include managing schedules, organizing meetings and appointments, maintaining records and handling confidential information. You will also be responsible for managing office supplies, equipment and facilities, as well as overseeing the work of support staff. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. A biometric passport is required for this position. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month without accommodation provided.
