Temporary Concierge in Monte-Carlo
We are hiring a temporary Concierge to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for guests
- Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proven customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
We offer competitive salary of $1400 per month. This is a temporary position with the possibility of extension based on performance. We do not provide accommodation but can assist with finding suitable options. Visa sponsorship is available for international candidates.
