Office Assistant - Entry Level (Al Ahmadi, Kuwait)
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant in Al Ahmadi, Kuwait. As an Entry Level Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to our office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- File documents and maintain organized records
- Schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in business administration or related field preferred
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is a plus but not required; freshers are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
