Electrical Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team in Hawalli. As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing electrical systems and equipment. Your main goal will be to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and control systems
- Creating technical drawings and specifications for new or upgraded systems
- Conducting tests and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards
- Troubleshooting issues with existing electrical systems and equipment
- Collaborating with other engineers and technicians to complete projects on time
- Keeping up-to-date with industry developments, regulations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Familiarity with relevant safety codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on large-scale projects or in the construction industry. Candidates must have a valid Canadian passport or be eligible to work in Canada.

Salary: $1600 per month (CAD). This is a contract position with the possibility of extension.

Visa and Ticket: The company will cover the cost of obtaining a work visa for the selected candidate. A one-way ticket from Canada to Hawalli will also be provided.
