Loader Operator


A reputable construction company in Monte-Carlo is seeking a skilled and experienced Loader Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience operating various types of loaders and have a strong understanding of safety procedures. The position is full-time and offers a competitive salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of loaders, including but not limited to front-end, skid steer, and compact track loaders
- Load and unload materials from trucks and other vehicles
- Conduct routine maintenance on loaders to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating loaders
- Knowledge of different types of loaders and their capabilities
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work long hours, including nights and weekends if necessary
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as climbing on equipment, lifting heavy materials, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on construction sites or in similar environments
- Familiarity with basic maintenance tasks for loaders
- Certification or training in loader operation
