Industrial Engineer for Indian Nationals in Abu Dhabi - Part-Time


We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Indian Industrial Engineers to join our team in Abu Dhabi on a part-time basis. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for improving the efficiency and productivity of our manufacturing processes. This is a part-time position with competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Conduct time studies to optimize workflow and eliminate bottlenecks
- Design layout of equipment and workstations for maximum productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes
- Monitor production data and provide regular reports on performance
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in using industrial engineering software such as AutoCAD, Minitab, or Lean Six Sigma tools
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations is preferred but not required
