We are hiring a skilled Baker to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a variety of baked goods, including breads, pastries, and cakes. You will work closely with the pastry chef and other team members to ensure that all products are made to the highest quality standards. This position is open to both experienced bakers and freshers who are passionate about baking.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and cakes according to established recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and dough sheeters
- Ensure products are baked to perfection and meet quality standards
- Decorate and present finished products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies when needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Baker is preferred but not required
- Passion for baking with basic knowledge of baking techniques
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Good time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
