Senior Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to join our fast-paced and dynamic team in St. Petersburg. As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets
- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends, competition, and customer needs
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure an effective sales strategy
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management
- Train new employees on company products, policies, and procedures
- Travel within St. Petersburg as well as nationally or internationally when necessary

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in B2B sales management
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop a team
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using CRM software
