Architecture Manager



We are a growing architecture firm based in Los Angeles, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team. Our ideal candidate is an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills and experience working with students.

As our Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our architectural projects, from conception to completion. You will work closely with our team of architects and designers to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for all architectural projects
- Oversee the design process, ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and comply with building codes
- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure proper implementation of designs
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project proposals and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed
- Foster strong relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders involved in projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other relevant software
