Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new pastry recipes that align with current culinary trends
- Plan and manage production schedules to ensure efficient use of resources
- Train and supervise pastry staff on proper techniques and procedures
- Maintain high levels of food quality, consistency, and presentation
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create cohesive menus

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-volume establishment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and sanitation standards
- Creative flair and ability to think outside the box when developing recipes
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and manage a team effectively
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $900 per month for this position.
