Skilled Carpenter

We are in search of a skilled Carpenter to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and other materials. You will also work with hand and power tools to cut, shape, and smooth wood and other materials according to specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to fully understand project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares or marking gauges
- Cut, shape and smooth materials using hand or power tools
- Assemble or fasten materials together using nails, screws or adhesives
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings and trim according to specifications
- Inspect work progress to ensure quality standards are met
- Repair or replace damaged or defective parts as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter (minimum 2 years)
- Proficient in using hand and power tools such as saws, drills and sanders
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings and sketches accurately
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments
- Valid biometric passport
