Administrative Assistant
As an Administrative Assistant in our company, you will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our team in Dukhan. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office supplies. You should have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and calendars for team members
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments
- Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and minutes
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with international teams
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to speak additional languages is a plus
