Job Title: Biometric Passport Administrator
As a Biometric Passport Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the biometric passport system for our company in Manama. Your main role will be to ensure that all employees have valid biometric passports and to assist with any related issues or inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all biometric passport inquiries and issues
- Maintain accurate records of all employees' biometric passport information
- Monitor expiration dates and renewal requirements for all biometric passports
- Liaise with government agencies to process new or renewed biometric passports
- Work closely with the HR department to ensure timely submission of passport applications
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding any questions or concerns about their biometric passports
- Keep up-to-date with any changes or updates in biometric passport regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an administrator, preferably in a similar role involving biometric passports
- Familiarity with the processes and requirements for obtaining or renewing a biometric passport
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
Salary:
The salary for this position is 1500$ per month.
