We are hiring a skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team in the beautiful city of Bansko, Bulgaria. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for the gardens and outdoor areas of our clients' properties. This is a physically demanding role that requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for nature.

Responsibilities:
- Plant, water, fertilize, and prune trees, shrubs, flowers, and other plants according to season and client preferences
- Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, aerating, and applying fertilizers or pesticides as needed
- Monitor plant health and identify any diseases or pests; take appropriate action to treat or remove affected plants
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Keep outdoor areas clean and tidy by removing weeds, debris, fallen leaves, and other waste materials
- Use hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruning shears, and hedge trimmers to perform gardening tasks
- Operate lawn mowers, weed whackers, leaf blowers, and other power equipment safely and efficiently
- Communicate with clients to understand their gardening needs and preferences
- Create plans for new gardens or outdoor spaces as requested by clients

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of plants' needs (watering schedules, soil types) and ability to identify common diseases/pests
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions for extended periods of time
- Familiarity with basic gardening tools and equipment
- Excellent communication skills; ability to understand client needs and follow instructions accurately
- Strong work ethic; able to work independently with minimal supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred

Salary:
1600$ per month
