Part-time Office Assistant in Jerusalem
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. This is a part-time position, perfect for someone who is looking for flexible working hours.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. Your main duties will include answering phone calls and emails, scheduling appointments and meetings, and maintaining files and records. You will also assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and data entry.
The ideal candidate should have excellent time management skills, be able to prioritize tasks, and have strong communication skills. Proficiency in Hebrew is required for this position as you will be communicating with clients and colleagues in Jerusalem.
