Data Analytics Specialist

We are hiring a Data Analytics Specialist to join our team in Washington. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large amounts of data to identify trends and patterns that will help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis and strong technical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources.
- Identify trends and patterns within the data.
- Develop algorithms and models to extract insights from the data.
- Create visualizations and reports to present the findings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide recommendations based on data analysis.
- Continuously monitor and improve the quality of data.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Knowledge of statistical concepts and tools such as regression, clustering, and decision trees.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies in large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:
- Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop or Spark.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques for predictive modeling.
- Previous experience in a business intelligence or analytics role.

Salary: $1200 per month
