We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our team in Eschen, Liechtenstein. As an Online Consultant, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to English-speaking Kenyan clients who are seeking job opportunities in Liechtenstein.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from English-speaking Kenyan clients via email, chat or phone
- Assist clients with creating online profiles and applying for job opportunities
- Provide guidance on the job application process and requirements in Liechtenstein
- Collaborate with our marketing team to promote job opportunities and attract new clients
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update client databases as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to employment in Liechtenstein
- Continuously seek ways to improve the overall customer experience for our clients

Requirements:
- Native or fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Experience working in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong understanding of the job market and employment laws in Liechtenstein is a plus
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred

Contract Details:
This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance. The selected candidate will be expected to work 40 hours per week during standard business hours. This role does not require any previous experience or accommodation as it can be performed remotely. Visa sponsorship will be provided for the selected candidate if needed.
