Clinical Dietitian

A well-established healthcare facility in Mauren is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Dietitian to join our team. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for creating individualized nutrition plans for patients based on their medical history, current health status, and dietary needs. This role requires strong communication skills, as you will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' nutritional needs
- Develop personalized nutrition plans for patients in accordance with their medical conditions
- Monitor and track patients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their nutrition plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper nutrition and healthy eating habits
- Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Clinical Dietitian in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)
- Canadian nationality preferred but not required
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology and ability to interpret lab results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Current registration with the Canadian Dietetic Association

Salary: $1100 per month
