Barista (Malayalee) - Seasonal with Accommodation in Al-Kuwait


We are looking for an experienced Barista who is fluent in English and is of Malayalee descent to join our team for a seasonal position in Al-Kuwait. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work area, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Manage inventory and place orders when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with training new employees as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Malayalam speaking skills preferred)
- Proven experience as a Barista or similar role
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
The salary for this seasonal position is $1700 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the seasonal contract.

Location:
This position is located in Al-Kuwait.

Note: This job is open to all nationalities. However, preference will be given to candidates of Malayalee descent.
