Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Salalah, Oman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including food quality, service standards, and staff performance
- Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and increase sales
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Develop relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable pricing
- Monitor financial performance and make adjustments to improve profitability
- Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and motivate employees

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in managing a team effectively
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices for food preparation
- Experience with budgeting, inventory management, and cost control techniques
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as needed

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
