Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor food inventory levels and place orders when necessary
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance on proper food handling techniques
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the kitchen area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chef specializing in Filipino cuisine
- Knowledge of traditional cooking methods, ingredients, and flavors of Philippine cuisine
- Ability to create new dishes while staying true to traditional flavors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail in food preparation, plating, and presentation
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Salary:
