Architectural Technologist - Entry Level


We are seeking an enthusiastic and talented Architectural Technologist to join our team in the beautiful city of Us. As an Architectural Technologist, you will assist with the development and creation of architectural plans, drawings, and models for various projects. This position is perfect for a fresh graduate or someone with limited experience looking to kick-start their career in architecture.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop detailed drawings and plans for construction projects
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to create 2D and 3D models of buildings
- Conduct site visits and assist with measuring and surveying existing structures
- Research building codes, regulations, and materials to ensure compliance in designs
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and client communication

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and materials
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1200 per month. We also offer accommodation for non-local employees.
