Loader Supervisor



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Loader Supervisor to join our growing team in Siauliai. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role as well as a strong understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee the loading and unloading of goods from trucks or containers
- Ensure that all loading procedures are carried out safely and efficiently
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper storage of goods
- Manage a team of loaders, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate loading schedules
- Identify and address any issues or delays in the loading process
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and equipment usage
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or training is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse or logistics setting
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety procedures, and equipment usage
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Salary:
1100$ per month

Siauliai, Lithuania. This job is open to all nationalities.
