We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Washington. As a Heavy Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. You will need to have a strong understanding of safety protocols and be able to perform tasks efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and other machinery
- Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Read and interpret blueprints or instructions for each job
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure productivity
- Perform basic troubleshooting when necessary
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training is a plus
- Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions for each job
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and guidelines
- Knowledge of basic troubleshooting techniques for machinery
- Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Biometric passport
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1400 per month
