As a Finisher, you will be responsible for the final touches on a variety of products to ensure they meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary repairs or adjustments
- Use hand tools and equipment such as sanders, grinders, and polishers to finish products
- Apply finishing materials such as paint or stain to enhance product appearance
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and perform manual labor
- Experience working with hand tools and knowledge of finishing techniques is preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
