Hotel Sales Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase business for our hotel. You will work closely with the sales team to identify potential clients, negotiate contracts and ensure guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Build relationships with potential clients through face-to-face meetings, presentations, and industry events
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure business for the hotel
- Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional materials and packages
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Hotel Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques, market trends, and hospitality industry best practices
- Ability to build relationships with clients and maintain a strong network of contacts
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred but not required
