Canadian Baker


We are seeking a talented and experienced Canadian Baker to join our team in Nizwa. As a Canadian Baker, you will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of delicious breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, have strong attention to detail, and possess excellent time management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare dough and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, toppings, and other decorations
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Ensure cleanliness and organization in the kitchen at all times
- Train new bakery staff as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferably from Canada)
- At least 3 years of experience as a professional baker in Canada or another English-speaking country
- Ability to communicate in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of baking techniques, measurements, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management skills
- Must have physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Must have valid work permit or residency in Oman

Salary: 1400$ per month
