We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surveyor to join our team in Al Buraymi. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and mapping land, buildings, and other structures using advanced surveying equipment. Your role will involve conducting surveys for construction, engineering, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct precise measurements of land, buildings, and other structures using advanced surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to create detailed maps, charts, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams to ensure accurate placement of structures and infrastructure
- Prepare legal documents such as deeds and easements based on survey data
- Conduct research on property ownership records and historical land use data
- Monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with survey plans
- Maintain accurate records of surveys conducted

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Surveyor in a construction or engineering setting
- Proficient in the use of advanced surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to land surveying
- Valid driver's license

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
