Seamstress for Clothing Boutique in Split, Croatia


Our boutique in Split, Croatia is seeking a skilled Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for creating high-quality garments and alterations for our customers. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of fabrics and garment types, as well as strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut fabric according to customer specifications
- Operate sewing machines and other tools to create garments or make alterations
- Follow patterns or design instructions to ensure accuracy
- Perform quality checks on finished garments to ensure they meet our standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics, sewing techniques, and garment construction methods
- Ability to read and interpret patterns and design instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities
- Basic understanding of English (preferred but not required)
- Willingness to work full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: 1500$ per month
