Indian Seamstress in Split, Croatia


We are a fashion company in Split, Croatia looking for an experienced Indian Seamstress to join our team. As a Seamstress, you will be responsible for sewing and altering garments according to our design specifications. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$, free visa and ticket provided.

Responsibilities:
- Measure and cut fabrics according to pattern measurements
- Sew garments using industrial sewing machines
- Alter garments to fit individual customers' measurements
- Follow design specifications and make adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with designers and other team members to ensure quality and timely production

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a seamstress or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of fabrics and their properties
- Proficient in using industrial sewing machines and other tools necessary for garment production
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precise measurements
- Ability to follow design specifications accurately
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications:
- Indian nationality or experience working with Indian fabrics and designs
- Experience working in a fast-paced fashion industry environment
