Data Analytics Specialist

As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our company's success by utilizing your expertise in data analysis and visualization to drive strategic decision-making. Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth data analysis using advanced statistical techniques to identify key insights and trends
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track business performance
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs
- Collaborate with other analysts to improve data collection methods and processes
- Communicate complex findings in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders
- Utilize data visualization tools to present findings in an easily understandable format
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Expertise in SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within complex datasets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with cross-functional teams is preferred
Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Oslo (visa sponsorship available)
