Barista for Cafe in Jerusalem

Our cafe in Jerusalem is seeking a skilled and experienced Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of high-quality coffee beverages to our customers. You must have strong knowledge of different coffee blends and brewing methods, as well as the ability to create latte art. Excellent customer service skills are also essential in this role.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages according to customer orders
- Ensure quality control by properly measuring and grinding coffee beans, monitoring brewing time, and maintaining equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and timely manner
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Promote new menu items or specials to customers
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment preferred
- Knowledge of different coffee blends, brewing methods, and latte art techniques
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness in work area
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
