We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Kaunas. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, creating financial reports, and maintaining accurate records of our company's finances. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, as well as strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain financial documents such as balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and cash flow statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements.
- Monitor budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns.
- Communicate with clients regarding their financial records.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in accounting.
- Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
- Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
