We are seeking a skilled Typesetter to join our team in La-Condamine. As a Typesetter, you will be responsible for using computer software to arrange text and images for printing or digital publishing. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Receive written or digital materials from clients or editors
- Review and proofread materials for any errors or inconsistencies
- Use computer software to format text and images according to design specifications
- Make necessary adjustments to ensure proper alignment, spacing, and font styles
- Collaborate with editors, designers, and clients to ensure final product meets their expectations
- Prepare final files for printing or digital publishing
- Stay updated on industry trends and new software developments

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Typesetter or similar role
- Proficient in using typesetting software such as Adobe InDesign, QuarkXPress, or LaTeX
- Good understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory
- Attention to detail and ability to spot errors in text and design elements
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of printing processes is a plus
