Part-Time Gardener
Location: St. Petersburg, Canada


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Gardener to join our team in St. Petersburg, Canada. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and beautifying various outdoor spaces including gardens, parks, and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planting, watering, pruning, and fertilizing different types of plants
- Maintaining lawns by mowing, edging, and weeding
- Designing and implementing new landscape arrangements
- Removing debris and maintaining tidy outdoor spaces
- Monitoring plant health and treating any diseases or pests as needed
- Providing recommendations for plant selection based on climate and soil conditions
- Operating gardening equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and hand tools

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants, flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Understanding of gardening techniques such as pruning, fertilizing, and pest control
- Ability to operate gardening equipment safely and effectively
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Strong attention to detail to maintain the aesthetic appearance of outdoor spaces

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent education required; degree in Horticulture or related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Flexible schedule with availability for part-time hours
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada

We offer competitive pay starting at $1500 per month based on experience. This is a part-time position without accommodation provided.
