Heavy Equipment Operator - Los Angeles, USA

We are hiring a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials and perform construction tasks on job sites. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in operating heavy equipment and be able to work full-time without accommodation. A valid biometric passport is required.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job site requirements
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Complete daily logs and reports of work performed
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Experience reading construction plans and specifications
- Ability to operate various types of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Physically fit to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
